PENGARUH REKRUTMEN DAN PENEMPATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PDAM TIRTA MUSI PALEMBANG
Abstract : PDAM Tirta Musi is the Regional Owned Enterprises (enterprises) located at Jl. Rambutan tip no. 1, sub-district west ilir ii, 30 ilir. Engaged in the provision of clean water. This study discusses the variables – variables that affect performance in PDAM Tirta Musi. Variables to be analyzed is the Recruitment and Employment. The study population was the employees of PDAM Tirta Musi. Sempel used is simple random sampling using the formula can slovin on 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing results show that the variable recruitment and job placement berpengeruh on employee performance. value of 67.7%, which means 32.2% influenced by other variables outside the research.
