SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI PUSKESMAS
RAWAT INAP MERAPI II MENGUNAKAN METODE TAS (TOTAL ARCITECTURE SYNTESIS)

ABSTRACT : The purpose of this research is to design Information Systems Administration II Health Center Inpatient Merapi Lahat regency. The method used is the method of analysis, design method using Total Architecture Synthesis (TAS). Analytical methods include surveys directly to the Health Center Inpatient Merapi II Lahat regency, and conduct interviews with staff at the health center. Design method using TAS includes the stages of design in the concept of TAS, among others, determine the Initial Scope (Defining the Initial Scope), determine needs (Defining the Requirements), Business Process Architecture design (Designing the Bussiness Process Architecture), Architectural design system (Designing the systems Architecture), and Architecture evaluating (evaluating Architectures).
The results of this study are made of a software Administration Information System Public Health Center Inpatient Merapi II Lahat regency. The conclusion of this research is all the data contained in the patient administration Inpatient Health Center II Lahat regency Merapi has been computerized and integrated with the maximum.

ABSTRAK : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan perancangan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Puskesmas Rawat Inap Merapi II Kabupaten Lahat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis, metode perancangan dengan menggunakan metode Total Architecture Synthesis (TAS). Metode analisis meliputi survei langsung ke Puskesmas Rawat Inap Merapi II Kabupaten Lahat, dan melakukan wawancara dengan para staff di puskesmas tersebut. Metode perancangan dengan menggunakan TAS meliputi tahap-tahap perancangan yang ada dalam konsep TAS antara lain, menentukan Initial Scope (Defining the Initial Scope), menentukan Kebutuhan (Defining the Requirements), mendesain Arsitektur Proses Bisnis (Designing the Bussiness Process Architecture), mendesain Arsitektur sistem (Designing the Systems Architecture), dan mengevaluasi Arsitektur (Evaluating Architectures).
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya suatu perangkat lunak Sistem Informasi Administrasi Puskesmas Rawat Inap Merapi II Kabupaten Lahat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh data administrasi pasien yang terdapat dalam Puskesmas Rawat Inap Merapi II Kabupaten Lahat telah terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi dengan maksimal.
