 ABSTRACT

Office of the good does not mean should be luxurious and versatile expensive but also need to pay attention from several sides. Some side this means that companies need to look at Esthetic side (health) such as lighting, color and air circulation. Side of Ethics (harmony) as a model space, layout, audio visual and others. Companies must consider factors that can increase employee performance factors among which the office layout. Good layout of particular interest to companies because it has influence on the performance of employees who work in scientific perusahaan.Jurnal is about the physical environment office layout that provides a positive impact on employee performance improvement. The research method is a method of observation and documentation that is expected to produce a scientific journal that provides a good spatial concepts to improve employee performance
