The objective of this research is to understand how big the influence of Brand Image and Distribution Channel about the sale of spare part Aspira at PT. ASPIRASI JAYA LESTARI Palembang.

Thee method of the study / research are a multiple regeresi linier method to discern from the influence of brand image and distribution channel about the sale of spare part and also correlation coefficient method to dicern on how big the influence of Brand Image and Distribution Channel about the sale of spare part Aspira at PT. ASPIRASI JAYA LESTARI Palembang

Based on the result of research, we could understand the influence of Brand Image and Distribution Channel about the sale of spare part Aspira. That’s realy rated potently percentage R : 0,548 while correlation coefficient calculated appoints the percentage sguare r : 0,300. That shows 30% of the spare part aspira sale influenced by brand image and distribution channel while 70% was influenced by other univerified factor.

 Key word : Brand Image, Distribution Channel and Sale.
