INTRODUCTION
The company is one of the forms of organization that underwent management functions such as planning, organizing, directing. Control is any business or activity to determine the actual reality of the implementation of the task or activity, whether in accordance with the proper or not. If an employer can exercise control over subordinates well, the control functions in the organization can function properly. Controls can also mean seeking what is to be implemented in accordance with the rules and instructions that are planned to assess the work and if necessary conduct remedial action.
The Jayakarta Daira Palembang Hotel is a 4-star hotel located in the center of Palembang and has 168 rooms of different types and a fully equipped facility provided to pamper the consumer. The Jayakarta Daira Palembang Hotel was established in 2007, therefore the company in demand to increase sales of rooms and other facilities to achieve profit targets are set so as to achieve break even (the breakeven point) are determined. To support the services provided by the company have the energy – experienced experts that can improve service delivery. The constraints on the company’s motivation is the lack of sports facilities such as futsal and badminton company provides to employees in order to improve the performance and also the lack of outdoor activities such as outbound kekompakkan can improve morale and employee, that employee relations are getting better . Based on the above, the authors are interested in trying to do research on “Influence factors of motivation, job satisfaction, physical environment and the ability of the employees’ performance on The Djayakarta Daira Palembang Hotel”.

THEORETICAL
Understanding Motivation
Nitisemito, (2006: 86) motivation that affects the spirit and excitement of working is very important for a company to achieve its objectives DAPT. Morale is doing the job harder, and thus would be expected to work faster and better. While the excitement of the work is a profound pleasure to work being done.
Understanding the Workplace
According Nitisemito, (2000:183) defines the work environment as follows: “The work environment is everything that is around the workers who can influence him in carrying out the tasks entrusted”.
Understanding Work Prestsi
Martoyo, (2000:56) In addition, the impact is not motivating, but it will decrease employee performance. In order to improve the performance of the factors that influence it should be noted, that motivation, job satisfaction, stress levels, physical work conditions, compensation systems, economic aspects, technical aspects, and other behaviors.

Hypothesis
The hypothesis used in this study are:
H1: There is significant influence between Achievement Motivation to Work
H2: There is significant influence between job satisfaction of the Performance Work
H3: There is a significant effect between the Physical Environment Work performance
H4: There is a significant effect between the ability to Occupational Performance
H5: There is a significant effect between motivation, job satisfaction, physical environment, and the ability to work performance.

RESEARCH METEDOLOGI
Population and Sample Collection Techniques
The population is a region consisting of the generalization objects or subjects that have quality and characteristics are determined by the investigator to be studied and then drawn conclusions (Sugiyono, 2004: 78). The population in this study were all employees of The Djayakarta Daira Palembang Hotel totaling 61 people.

Based on the regression results contained in the table show the influence of regression equations motivation, job satisfaction, physical environment, the ability to work performance are as follows:
Y = 0.918 + 0.402 + 0.113 + 0.184 to 0.004 + e
From the regression equation above can dikatahui that:
1. A constant value of 0.918 means that if the motivation (X1), job satisfaction (X2), physical environment (X3), ability (X4, equal to zero then the accomplishment of work will be worth 0.918.
2. Motivation regression coefficient (b1) = 0.402 means that if motivation has increased by one unit score, the performance of the (Y) will also be increased by 0.402.
3. Job satisfaction regression coefficient (b2) = 0.113 means that if increased job satisfaction score by one unit, then the performance of the (Y) will be decreased by 0.113.
4. Regression coefficient of the physical environment (b3) = 0.184 means that if the physical environment has increased by one unit score, the performance of the (Y) will also be increased by 0.184.
5. Regression coefficient capabilities (b4) = -0.004 means that if the ability had penururnan score by one unit, then the performance of the (Y) will be decreased by -0.004,.
