ABSTRACT

SAROLI, The influence of principal leadership to teacher professionalism and performance in basic school districts Sanga Desa Musi Banyuasin. Guided by Waspodo and dedi Rianto Rahadi

The research objective is 1) To know and analyze the direct effect of principal leadership on school district teacher professionalism Sanga Desa Musi Banyuasin 2) To know and analyze the direct effect of principal leadership on school district teacher performance Sanga Desa Musi Banyuasin 3) To know and analyze the direct influence of teacher professionalism to the performance of primary school teachers district Musi Banyuasin Sanga Desa 4) To know and analyze the indirect influence of principal leadership on performance through the professionalism of teachers of primary school district Musi Banyuasin Sanga Desa.

Results of the study is 1) Leadership of school principals have a significant effect of primary school teachers Profesonalitas Sanga district Musi Banyuasin Village District. Based on calculations in the table above for the first hypothesis P is smaller than α which means that the hypothesis is accepted 2) Principal’s leadership significantly influence the performance of primary school teachers district Musi Banyuasin Sanga Desa. Based on calculations in the table above for the first hypothesis P is smaller than α which means that the hypothesis is accepted 3) Profesonalitas significant effect on the performance of primary school teachers district Musi Banyuasin Sanga Desa. Based on calculations in the table above for the first hypothesis P is smaller than α which means that the hypothesis is accepted 4) Principal leadership through Profesonalitas significant effect on the performance of primary school teachers Teachers Sanga district Musi Banyuasin Village District.
