Izman HerdiansyahThe research objective is to analyze the implementation of school-based management in government primary schools in the district of Muara Enim District Rambang Dangku.The study design was conducted applied research. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research methods.Based on the results of the study is the above discussion suggests that school-based management in government primary schools in the district of Muara District at me Rambang Enim been running satisfactorily that there are some items that have reached a very satisfactory level of understanding and ability to carry out the management of school finances in a transparent and accountable . In addition to the factors that satisfy these factors are still unsatisfactory schoolsare less able to utilize existing resources (people, facilities, funds, thoughts / ideas), utilizing the potential, strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and challenges that exist as a basis for action in preparing the program and address the existing problems. There was also a product of the document is not good, simple props less support in the implementation of learning.
