This research is causal, which is designed to determine the effect of variables between work environment variables eksogeneus (ε1) to variable endogeneus ability (η1) as an intermediate variable and the variable performance endogeneus (η2) as the dependent variable
Research results: 1). Environmental Work significant effect on the ability of the Department of Agriculture officials Ogan Komering Ilir. These results obtained from calculations which show that the P value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. 2). Work environment significantly influence the performance of the Department of Agriculture officials Ogan Komering Ilir. These results obtained from calculations which show that the P value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. 3). Significant effect on the ability of the Department of Agriculture Employee Performance Ogan Komering Ilir. These results obtained from calculations which show that the P value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. 4). Work environment through the ability to significantly influence the performance of the Department of Agriculture officials Ogan Komering Ilir.
