 PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU

Lubuklinggau ABSTRACT Yuniar R, The influence of the organization culture and organization commitment on the employee’s performance of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau, under the guidance of Mr. Dedi Rianto Rahadi and Mr. Lin Yan Syah. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of the organization culture on the organization commitment of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau, to know and analyze the influence of the organization culture on the employee’s performance of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau, to know and analyze the influence of the organization commitment on the employee’s performance of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau, to know and analyze the influence of the organization culture through the organization commitment on the employee’s performance of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau. The data is analyzed by using path analysis. The sample in this study was all civil servants of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau. The result of this study shows that the significant influence of the culture organization on the organization commitment of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau, the significant influence of the culture organization on the employee’s performance of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau, the significant influence of the organization commitment on the employee performance of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau, the significant influence of the organization culture through organization commitment on the employee’s performance of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau.
