The study 1). P value for the influence of emotion on the emotional intelligence obtained P value = 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 which means that hiptesis “Anticipated emotions directly influence the emotional intelligence of Civil servants in the Secretariat of Urban Prabumulih” acceptable. 2). P value for the influence of emotion on performance obtained value P = 0.000 less than 0.05 which means that hiptesis “Anticipated emotions directly influence the performance of civil servants in the Secretariat of Urban Prabumulih” received 3). P value for the effect of emotional intelligence on performance obtained P value = 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 which means that hiptesis “Anticipated emotional intelligence directly influence the performance of civil servants in the Secretariat of Urban Prabumulih” acceptable 4).
