To find out Are Achievement Motivation (Y) effect on the results of study of physics (Z) State High School in District 1 Supat Tripe Tripe Supat Banyuasin district? 4). To find the indirect effect of Learning Resources (X) against the Learning Outcomes of physics (Z) State High School in District 1 Supat Tripe Tripe Supat Musi Banyuasin through Achievement Motivation (Y)?. The results obtained from path analysis (path analysis). Furthermore, based on hypothesis test results obtained: 1). Learning Resources (X) effect on the results of study of physics (Z) State High School in District 1 Supat Tripe Tripe Supat Banyuasin district? These results obtained from test results of Structural Equation Model (SEM) which showed that the Learning Resources directly influence the outcomes studied physics 2). Learning Resources (X) directly influence the Achievement Motivation (Y) Public Junior High Schools in District 1 Supat Tripe Tripe Supat Banyuasin district. These results obtained from test results of Structural Equation Model (SEM), which indicates that the source of learning directly influence achievement motivation, 3). Achievement Motivation (Y) effect on the results of study of physics (Z) State High School in District 1 Supat Tripe Tripe Supat District Banyuasin.
