PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP EFEKTIFITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK PADA KANTOR CAMAT PLAJU PALEMBANG
ABSTRACT : R.M.Tommy.F, Hardiyansyah, Wiwin Agustian. This study uses a quantitative research technique saturated samples. This study was conducted on 24 respondents which found the number of male respondents 13 (54.1%) and the number of female respondents amounted to 11 people (45.9%). The results of analysis of this study showed that the variables of human resource development variables significantly influence the effectiveness of public services. Can be seen from the value of the variable x t (human resource development) amounted to 15.786 as well as the significant value of the variable x (human resource development) with a value of 0.00, significant value is still below 0.05, which indicates the existence of a significant effect on variable y (the effectiveness of public services).
