Abstrak

Effect of organizational culture on employee performance in the PT Rasa Rima Selaras Branch Plaju Palembang. Thesis, Bachelor of Manajemen Studies Program One (S1), Faculty of Economics Univesity of Bina Darma Palembang, with tutors and mentors I Wiwin Agustian and II Mukran Roni. Formulation of the problems is  the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and how big the influenceof supervision on disiciplinie of employess at, objective of the study is to investigate and analize how the influence of organizational culture of employees in. The object of research at is located at Jl. Ki Anwar Mangku No.441B Palembang. Data collevtion methods using primary and secondary. The analysis technique used is technique of quantitative analysis using analytical tools are running into the regression equation Y= 2,066 + 0,477 X, the equation we can conclude avalue of 2,066 which if the company did not supervise the work of organizational culture shall be equal to 2,066 and if the company to supervise the organizational culture on employee performance  increased by 0,477, while according to the results of the correlation coefficient calculation showed a value of 0,487 where the value is close to number 1, can be interpreted that the control variables X and Y  have a enough relationship and are unidirectional. Basedon the calculation of t-test obtained by value t calculate wqual to 3,056 and t-table value 2,04227. So we can conclude that Ho is reject and Ha accepted. Thus, this hypothesis can be accepted.
