SALLY ARYANI, 2014. Effect of Discipline Supervision of Employees in the PT Rasa Rima Selaras Branch Plaju Palembang. Thesis, Bachelor of Manajemen Studies Program One (S1), Faculty of Economics Univesity of Bina Darma Palembang, with tutors and mentors I Wiwin Agustian and II Trisninawati. Formulation of the problems is in the influence of employee supervision on employee disicipline and how big the influenceof supervision on disiciplinie of employess at PT Rasa Prima Selaras Branch Plaju Palembang, objective of the study is to investigate and analize how the influence of supervision of employees in PT Rasa Prima Selaras Branch Plaju Palembang. The object of research at PT Rasa Prima Selaras Branch Plaju Palembang is located at Jl. Ki Anwar Mangku No.441B Palembang. Data collevtion methods using primary and secondary. The analysis technique used is technique of quantitative analysis using analytical tools are running into the regression equation Y= 2,333 + 0,408 X, the equation we can conclude avalue of 2,333 which if the company did not supervise the work of discipline shall be equal to 2,333 and if the company to supervise the discipline employmet increased by 0,408, while according to the results of the correlation coefficient calculation showed a value of 0,452 where the value is close to number 1, can be interpreted that the control variables X and Y work discipline have a enough relationship and are unidirectional. Basedon the calculation of t-test obtained by value t calculate wqual to 2,777, and t-table value 2,04227. So we can conclude that Ho is reject and Ha accepted. Thus, this hypothesis can be accepted. This means there is a real and significant influence of supervision on work discipline at the PT Rasa Prima Selaras Branch Plaju Palembang.
