PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN INSENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV JAYA MULTI PERKASA PALEMBANG

Human resources is very important element in a company, therefore, without qualified human resources of a company is not going to go well. There are many factors that influences one of them is training and incentives. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of job training and incentives simultaneously on employee performances CV. Jaya Multi Perkasa Palembang, this study used an explanatory research approach to the 18 respondens, and sampling was done by using census. Data collection techniques in a study using interview techniques, and questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, using analytical tools such as test validity, reliability testing, multiple linier regression and hypothesis testing with the T test and F test. Analysis using SPSS 20.0 for windows. The results of statistical analysis known obtained multiple linear regression is: Y=0,562+0,472X1+0,233X2. Of these results indicates that job training and incentives together in a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
