ABSTRACT
This study aims to look at the analysis of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT . PTPN VII Unit Rubber Balfour . Method of determining the sample by using the formula slovin . Respondents in this study amounted to 55 employees of PT . PTPN VII Unit Rubber Balfour . Types of data using primary data collection , and data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis . The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis . The results showed a significant effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance . The correlation coefficient of 0.654 , and the coefficient of determination of 42.8 % .
