EFFECT OF EDUCATION, MOTIVATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF NURSES( Case Study Regional General Hospital District Pali )

The background of this research is an institution of public hospital district Pali. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education, motivation and work experience on the performance of nurses and know most dominant factor on the performance of nurses. methods of data analysis that used multiple linear regression , t-test, f , and the coefficient of determination. that the level of education, motivation and experience of working together on the performance of nurses. Level of education, motivation and work experience positive and significant on the performance of nurses. The most dominat variabel effecting performance is variabel the motivation.
