PENGARUH PROMOSI JABATAN DAN SELEKSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. PGASCOM PALEMBANG

This study aims to determine whether the promotion and selection influence the performance of employees PT. PGASCOM Palembang. Based on the results of the t test (partial) there is a significant and positive influence between promotion (X1) the Employee Performance (Y) partially namely tcount 8.375> table with significant 0.003 1.688 <0.05. While the selection (X2) the Employee Performance (Y) with thitung 7.145> 1.688 with significant ttabel 0.009 <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected while the results of the F test (simultaneous) values of F> Ftable is 9.023> 2.7942 with significant 0,002 <0 , 05 then the hypothesis is formulated that Ho is rejected. This shows that there is significant influence between promotion (X1) and selection (X2) on the Performance (Y) simultaneously at PT. PGASCOM Palembang. As well as the R-square value of 0.345 means that these two variables have contributed 34.5% to the Employee Performance PT.PGASCOM Palembang.
