The research objective was to determine and analyze the influence of the Working Environment and Cultural Organization Against Employee Satisfaction Administration At PT. Nusantara Plantation VII (Limited) Business Unit: Shelf Palembang Musi-Betung Km 20. Research object is located at Highway 20 Km Palembang-Betung. Sampling technique using a sampling of saturated (nonprobability sampling). Methods of analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. Linear multiple regression equation Y = 4.332-0.493 0.269 X1 X2, the correlation coefficient r = 0.552, coefficient of determination r2 = 0.305, t-count = -3.422, t-table t-tihung significance 1.509 and 0.000 t-tables <0.05, 0.141> 0.05, f test sinifikansi 6.800 0.004 <0.05, then the research hypothesis is accepted it means the Work Environment and Cultural Organization Against Employee Satisfaction Administration At PT. Nusantara Plantation VII (Limited) Business Unit: Shelf
