Sikap dan perilaku seseorang dipengaruhi oleh banyak grup-grup kecil. Kelompok dimana orang tersebut berada yang mempunyai pengaruh langsung disebut membership group. Membership group terdiri dari dua, meliputi primary groups (keluarga, teman, tetangga, dan rekan kerja) dan secondary groups yang lebih formal dan memiliki interaksi rutin yang sedikit (kelompok keagamaan, perkumpulan profesional dan serikat dagang). (Kotler, Bowen, Makens, 2003, pp. 203-204).

Manajemen portofolio berkaitan erat dengan investasi. Menurut Reilly dan
Brown, investasi adalah komitmen untuk menyisihkan uang (pendapatan) dalam
suatu periode saat ini untuk mengkompensasi (1) kebutuhan di masa yang akan
datang, (2) tingkat inflasi, dan (3) ketidakpastian akan penerimaan di masa yang
akan datang. Investor berinvestasi dengan tujuan memperoleh tingkat
pengembelian yang dapat mengkompensasi ketiga hal ini. Selain tingkat
pengembalian, dalam investasi juga dikenal istilah risiko yang berarti
ketidakpastian dalam memperoleh tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan.

METODE

METODE PENELITIAN KUALITATIF DAN KUANTITATIF

Pada masa lalu, metode kualitatif dan metode kuantitatif juga sering digunakan sebagai penciri, penanda, dan pembeda antara antropologi dan sosiologi. Kesan tersebut muncul karena masing-masing disiplin ilmu tersebut terus menerus menggunakan metode secara konsisten. Antropologi sering menggunakan metode kualitatif, sedangkan sosiologi hampir selalu menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Asumsi ini didasarkan atas kenyataan bahwa antropologi ingin mendeskripsikan, menginterpretasikan, dan mengklasifikasikan masyarakat yang masih tradisonal. Hal tersebut seolah-olah menempatkan antropologi dalam posisi memiliki satu pendekatan, yaitu interpretasi atau penafsiran. Sementara itu, sosiologi sudah terlanjur dikenal sering menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan melakukan penelitian terhadap masyarakat modern yang kompleks. Ada kesan bahwa penelitian sosiologis selalu menggunakan metode kuantitatif.

PENELITIAN KUANTITATIF DAN KUALITATIF DALAM KONSTELASI PARADIGMA

Penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif seringkali hanya dibedakan dari data yang dipergunakan. Tetapi sebenarnya penelitian kuantitatif itu sendiri merupakan suatu jenjang, yakni dari penelitian yang sekedar menggunakan data kuantitatif hingga penelitian yang menggunakan kriteria kuantitatif dalam menarik simpulan. Penelitian yang semata-mata hanya menggunakan data kuantitatif tetapi menggunakan tolok ukur kualitatif seringkali tidak dinilai sebegai suatu penelitian kuantitatif. Sebaliknya, seringkali pula dijumpai penelitian kualitatif yang memergunakan data kuantitatif.

Evaluation of Educational Administration at the Junior High School 6 District Court Tanjung Tanjung Enim Muara District Court. The study design was conducted applied research. Applied research is any research that aims to increase scientific knowledge with a practical purpose. The data collected will be analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis tools.

The study 1). In general, the school administration at the Cape Junior High School 6 District of the Cape Supreme Court Muara District Enim well enough where all admnistrasi which is considered to have a value above 3, which means pretty well, finance admnistrasi bahka to get the value 4 2). PENGARUH SUMBER BELAJAR DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR FISIKA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI 1 BABAT SUPAT

1). To find out Are Learning Resources (X) effect on the results of study of physics (Z) State High School in District 1 Supat Tripe Tripe Supat Banyuasin district? 2). To find out Are Learning Resources (X) directly influence the Achievement Motivation (Y) Public Junior High Schools in District 1 Supat Tripe Tripe Supat Banyuasin district? 3). To find out Are Achievement Motivation (Y) effect on the results of study of physics (Z) State High School in District 1 Supat Tripe Tripe Supat Banyuasin district? 4). To find the indirect effect of Learning Resources (X) against the Learning Outcomes of physics (Z) State High School in District 1 Supat Tripe Tripe Supat Musi Banyuasin through Achievement Motivation (Y)?. The results obtained from path analysis (path analysis). Furthermore, based on hypothesis test results obtained: 1). Learning Resources (X) effect on the results of study of physics (Z) State High School in District 1 Supat Tripe Tripe Supat Banyuasin district? These results obtained from test results of Structural Equation Model (SEM) which showed that the Learning Resources directly influence the outcomes studied physics 2). Learning Resources (X) directly influence the Achievement Motivation (Y) Public Junior High Schools in District 1 Supat Tripe Tripe Supat Banyuasin district. These results obtained from test results of Structural Equation Model (SEM), which indicates that the source of learning directly influence achievement motivation, 3). Achievement Motivation (Y) effect on the results of study of physics (Z) State High School in District 1 Supat Tripe Tripe Supat District Banyuasin. These results obtained from test results of Structural Equation Model (SEM) which showed that Achievement Motivation langsunng effect on learning results 4). Indirect influence of Learning Resources (X) of the Learning Outcomes of physics (Z) State High School in District 1 Supat Tripe Tripe Supat Musi Banyuasin through Achievement Motivation (Y). These results obtained from test results of Structural Equation Model (SEM) which showed that the learning resources langsunng not affect the results of learning Physics by achievement motivation Keywords: Learning Resources, Achievement Motivation, Learning Outcomes of Physics.

P value for the influence of emotion on the emotional intelligence obtained P value = 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 which means that hiptesis “Anticipated emotions directly influence the emotional intelligence of Civil servants in the Secretariat of Urban Prabumulih” acceptable. 2). P value for the influence of emotion on performance obtained value P = 0.000 less than 0.05 which means that hiptesis “Anticipated emotions directly influence the performance of civil servants in the Secretariat of Urban Prabumulih” received 3). P value for the effect of emotional intelligence on performance obtained P value = 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 which means that hiptesis “Anticipated emotional intelligence directly influence the performance of civil servants in the Secretariat of Urban Prabumulih” acceptable 4). Lubuklinggau ABSTRACT Yuniar R, The influence of the organization culture and organization commitment on the employee’s performance of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau, under the guidance of Mr. Dedi Rianto Rahadi and Mr. Lin Yan Syah. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of the organization culture on the organization commitment of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau, to know and analyze the influence of the organization culture on the employee’s performance of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau, to know and analyze the influence of the organization commitment on the employee’s performance of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau, to know and analyze the influence of the organization culture through the organization commitment on the employee’s performance of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau. The data is analyzed by using path analysis. The sample in this study was all civil servants of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Lubuklinggau.
